Requirements to road authorities //

When operating vehicles in the IAP, a transport operator must :

• Ensure their vehicles comply with the applicable Intelligent Access Conditions agreed to with the relevant road authority
• Notify the road authority - within the time specified by the authority - of any changes to their operations that may affect their eligibility to participate in an IAP Application
• Notify all relevant road authorities if they end their agreement with their IAP Service Provider

Transport operators should become familiar with all their requirements to the relevant road authority, as failure to adhere may result in penalties being imposed.
