Requirements to road authorities //

When operating vehicles in the IAP, an owner-driver must :

• Ensure their vehicles comply with the applicable Intelligent Access Conditions agreed to with the relevant road authority
• Notify the road authority - within the time specified by the authority - of any changes to their operations that may affect their eligibility to participate in an IAP Application
• Notify all relevant road authorities if they end their agreement with their IAP Service Provider

Owner-drivers should become familiar with all their requirements to the relevant road authority, as failure to adhere may result in penalties being imposed.
