Non-Compliance Reports //

If a vehicle is detected as being non-compliant, the IAP Service Provider generates a non-compliance report  - also referred to as an NCR - which is then sent to the relevant road authority.

The issuing of a non-compliance report does not necessarily mean an offence has occurred.

All non-compliance reports will be treated on a case-by-case basis, with the relevant road authority deciding whether any action is warranted. The road authority may determine that there may have been a legitimate reason for a detour, such as changed road conditions caused by an accident.
