Queensland launches IAP Hotline

Transport Certification Australia Limited (TCA) has welcomed news that further information about the Intelligent Access Program (IAP) in Queensland is just a phone call away following the establishment of an IAP Hotline by Queensland Transport and the Department of Main Roads.

The IAP Hotline has been specifically established to provide advice, assistance and information to the public with their enquiries about the IAP in Queensland. When calling the IAP Hotline, you will be talking to a person, not just a machine.

The IAP Hotline number is 1300 753 427^ (1300 QLD IAP). Alternatively, you can email your questions and enquiries about the IAP in Queensland to: intelligent.access.program@mainroads.qld.gov.au.

^1300 numbers - Higher rates apply from mobile phones. Service operates Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm EST (GMT +10) excluding public holidays.
