Driver Obligations //

Drivers of IAP vehicles have certain obligations under the IAP. In summary these include:

• Operating the vehicle according to the Intelligent Access Conditions (IAC) granted by a road authority to your employer (the transport operator).
• Reporting and keeping a record of any in-vehicle unit and self-declaration input device malfunctions. Any records should be kept for four years.
• Ensuring you do not tamper with an in-vehicle unit or self declaration input device.
