Transport Compliance Services TCS is a joint venture between three well established organisations and has been formed for the specific purpose of operating as an Intelligent Access Program (IAP) Service Provider.
IAP Service Providers are easy to recognise as they are the only suppliers permitted to display the IAP Certification Symbol.
Selecting an IAP Service Provider is a business decision, and the transport operator needs to negotiate their IAP service fees with their chosen IAP Service Provider. Once a provider has been chosen, the transport operator must enter into an IAP Service Provider/ Transport Operator Agreement.
It is important to note that fees and any fleet management services will need to be covered by a separate contractual arrangement between the transport operator and the IAP Service Provider.
